What are the freight charges when ordering with One Scent?
Delivery charges are calculated after receipt of your order. As a guide, for a $250 to $500 order, allow approx. $16.50 for shipping and for $1,000 orders allow approx. $19.50 (Eastern states only). The more your order the cheaper the delivery per bottle will become. Orders are dispatched daily by TNT Express or the Australia Post Eparcel service. Please note that we do NOT use Express Post as it is prohibited to send Fragrances by Air.

How long does an Out-of-Stock item take to become available again?
When an item goes out-of-stock it is automatically placed on order with our international suppliers. Unfortunately as international suppliers do not provide estimated times of arrival we are unable to provide an accurate timeframe for re-stocking. Our website is updated daily at 8.00pm EST with new arrivals so please log-in every morning.

What payment methods does One Scent Accept?
Payment details will appear on your order confirmation email in an attachment. We accept Bank Deposit, EFT, Money Order, Company cheque, Bank Cheque and Visa/MasterCard/Amex (2% surcharge on all Cards). Cheque payments will require 3-days for clearance unless you are pre-approved with us.

What do EDC, EDT and EDP mean?
Perfume consists of natural or synthetic fragrance oil extracts diluted in water or high-grade alcohol. The difference lays in the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. The higher the concentration of oils, the longer the fragrance will last. Most designers like to produce the whole line of fragrances.
Eau de Cologne - 4% essential oils. Lasts about 1 hour.
Eau de Toilette - 8% to 15% essential oils. Lasts about 2 - 3 hours.
Eau de Perfume (Parfum) - 15 to 22% essential oils. Lasts 3 - 6 hours.
